Both sessions on Day 3 were extraordinary. We blasted those legs, triceps, shoulders and chest. We saw a lot of hard work and dedication. I think that will be our theme. Can't forget that killer cardio we put in there too with the wind sprints, burpees, up/downs, mountain climbers and jumping jacks. WOW what a great workout is what we heard afterwards. We appreciate all the hard work you guys are putting into changing your body in class and hopefully on days off too. (2 mile walk /run) or take cardio kick and dance or ZUMBA, etc.
We saw some new faces in the evening class and we want to say thank you for supporting TNT Body Camp, The Explosive WORKOUT. A few things we need to ensure you are following in addition to working hard in class. Hopefully, you have decided to change your eating habits, to ensure you get the most out of your workouts and body. We have a basic meal plan to assist you with getting on the right track as far as eating. We also have listed on the blog some other recommendations, i.e., reading labels and need for multi vitamins. Also, don't forget the protein, especially after a grueling workout like yesterday.
Finally, we see the commitment that you have made to improving your overall health and quality of life. All we ask is that you remain patient while your body transitions to the new and improved you. You really have to think that some of the weight and inches that you may have gained didn't come over night, and they won't leave in 2 weeks either. You will get in much better shape, and reach some of the goals you have for your body, IN TIME, please be patient. I failed to mention at the beginning of our TNT Body Camp, that it takes about 60 days to see tangible results you can appreciate. Those tangible results are contingent upon you work ethic, dedication and commitment. It takes time and consistency to change, along with a great meal plan and hard work. I guess the question of the day is, ARE YOU REALLY READY TO GO ALL IN FOR THAT CHANGE YOU WANT FOR YOUR BODY?
Can't wait to see you on THURSDAY. HARD WORK - DEDICATION
