Progress feels the BEST

We are so excited about the progress we are seeing in TNT Body Camp.  For example, Deidre Hillery, one of the participants showed yesterday that she was willing to fight on our run in the parking lot.  She has reported everyday to T how she is watching her meals and going to the park and running on days off.  That's a great example of the progress we are seeing in this class.  Just last week, the same Deidre basically walked the entire run and complained of having problems with her legs, I didn't see any problems yesterday, I saw a whole lot of determination.  Thanks Deidre, you know that I'm ROOTING FOR YOU.

Another great example of progress is Brandi G, my girl I call beautiful BG, killer smile and just one of the nicest people you will meet.  I was about to get out of the bed this morning and my phone went off, it was a text from BG.  "Good morning. Jst weighed myself and I lost 3lbs last week. Smiley face. and that's without dieting , just eating correctly. I'm too excited."   Wow, BG, the only thing you didn't mention is how hard you work in class, and your attendance and how you work around school, work and kids to stay in shape.  BG is a single, eligible, mother and she got it going on.  SO PROUD of You BG.  KEEP ON WORKING.

Maybe you are like my home girl Ta'SHeka, and I hope she don't kill me for telling her business, but she has ASHTMA, but you wouldn't know it because she goes so hard in TNT Body CAMP.  I was wondering to myself, how is the heck can a person with ASHTMA run that hard and beat the others who don't have a problem with their breathing.  I have to attribute that to her overall determination and willingness to be better, PROGRESS feels the best, I'm sure she would agree.

What about Lasonia M, my fellow country peep from Gloster, La.  That's just a few miles from the country town I'm from, big shout out to KEITHVILLE.  LM is on her way to greatness, because she has committed herself to change.  She has been sending pictures of meals, working out when she can't make it to class and she keeps on being a spiritual leader.  LM is all about GOD and she going to let you know it, and I really appreciate her progress thus far and anticipate her going to that next level, because of her DRIVE and DEDICATION.

Many of you know that several of my sisters attend the class.  Lauree, who attends the morning class has really been doing very well.  She told the family during labor day weekend how she has improved so much in her upper body strength.  I noticed her upper body strength and her improved cardio vascular endurance also.  She moves that body around very well, and she recently turned the big 50.  If you haven't seen her, she is beautiful, determined and she is showing a lot of progress with her body.  Sometimes we need an opportunity to change, and Lauree has taken advantage of her opportunity and she has changed.  Great job big sis.

Finally, my great friend Tommy, who I've know since 1988 and our time in the ARMY RESERVE.  Tommy is battling complications with his legs, and somtimes complains of pain.   We were talking the other day and Tommy stated that his leg had been hurting him and he took a little time off.  Tommy stated that the time off hurt him and that he missed working out.  Tommy stated that when he works out, he feels better about himself and he can loose weight.  The enthusiasm he shows in class is contagious, you will know when he's in the building.  Tommy won't shock you with his speed, or mesmerize you with his strength, but what you will notice most about him, he gets the most out of his body and he doesn't stop.  A great SIGN of PROGRESS.  Thanks Tommy.

Your story of progress is as good or better than the examples above.  It's amazing how hard work and dedication can lead to an improved body and your personal PROGRESS.  I want to hear about your progress in TNT Body Camp.  I'm sure its a great story and others will be inspired by it.

Mr. Graham, you know I don't mind you sharing my story. I am a strong believer in progressing. I could've given up so many times and used my medical condition as an excuse to not excell in the class, but I didn't. Being in the class actually helped me control my breathing, especially when running. Thanks for continuing to push me and taking me to that next level! "Forever Young"
