We are continuing to break those bodies down, only to turn around and build them back up. We have seen a great deal of improvement over the past week. The first two weeks of the camp are very difficult with the soreness, change in meal plan, not to mention the mental and physical fatigue. We have seen you all continue to battle and overcome in spite of the difficulty of TNT Body Camp. The time that you are putting in will pay off, if you stay the course, and don't stop believing.
Here are a few keys to a successful TNT Body Camp:
1. Hard work and dedication. You will always reach your goals with hard work and dedication. You will hear me say hard work, your reply will be DEDICATION. That's what it takes.
2. Time and consistency. Guys you have to put the time in at the camp, make it a priority to come 3 times per week. For some of you, that's what will help you to change. Also, this working out has to become a way of life for you, not something you do for a short period. The gains you will see and experience from consistently working out will be very rewarding.
3. Using proper form. You will hear T say many times in the camp, SHOW UP AND SHOW OUT, that's true, but using proper form is how you show out. We always do a combination of strength training and cardio in every class. Sometimes we will use natural body weight and other times use resistance. We really need you all to watch and listen closely to the explanation of the form you need to perform the exercises. Proper form and mental focus will lead to your gains in fitness. Please ask for help if you are unsure about the exercises, that's why the TNT staff is there, TO HELP YOU.
4. MEAL PLANNING. Hopefully, by now you have started to read about meal planning and how you should be eating healthy meals. You should be eating for the nutritional value of the foods you consume, not strictly for the great taste. Usually, the best tasting foods, are not healthy and tend to work against you. A poor meal plan will DEFEAT all the WORK that YOU PUT IN @ TNT BODY CAMP. PLEASE don't put all that hard work in and not get the gains you want because you refuse to stick to a healthy meal plan. There are some some meals on this blog to assist you with your planning.
5. MENTAL FOCUS. You have to set your mind on change. You have to be motivated to change. You have to be determined to change. You have to show a high level of dedication to change. These are all concepts of the mind and that's where the mental focus stems from. If you put your mind into it, your body will follow. You put the two together and that BODY you desire is right around the corner.
6. BONUS. Make sure that you are working out on your days off. Walk/run for 2.5 miles or do a cardio kick and dance class. Do a Zumba class, etc. ANY Questions. LETS GOOO
