First, I have to start by thanking those of you who showed up bright and early this morning. I heard there was some soreness in the class, but you guys showed up for more. That's a great sign of the dedication that you all have to change your body. Keep it up, it will pay off for you and you get the reward of a great body and you worked to change it.
Today we started to implement more strength training with the resistance bands and dumbells. We worked that biceps and back. I'm sure some of you aren't use to that type of strength training and intensity. I'm hoping that you guys will adjust to the pace of the class over the next week, if you can start to focus on interval training that's very intense with short rest breaks. We want to spend as much of the 60 minutes working out to improve our bodies. That will require some HARD WORK and DEDICATION. Its early but we already see PROGRESS.

Remember to walk/ run for at least 2 miles. I saw ROS out there running MONDAY on the Holiday. SOME of you all are so serious and it's appreciated.
